Tokyo was the capital city of Japan. It was destroyed during the War of 1996. Tokyo sustained the highest number of casualties than anywhere else on the first day of the invasion. The area leveled by the blast was four times as wide as the destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in World War II, and the resulting wall of destruction ended every human life within a twenty-mile radius.[1]
